NAQUA Ltd, a UK-based company specialized in the production of certified veterinary products, has selected Valmatic as its technological partner for the launch and development of its spot-on pipette production project targeting fleas and ticks.

The collaboration took shape with the installation of the Mi.Ri. Flex line, a compact and versatile solution for the filling and sealing of preformed vials, designed by Valmatic for the cosmetic, diagnostic, veterinary, and nutraceutical sectors.

The line has been successfully used in the production of single-dose spot-on pipettes for small animals, a fast-growing market segment. The flexibility of the Mi.Ri. technology enabled the company to launch a targeted, scalable production with a limited initial investment.

“The machine provided us with concrete support in both development and growth. We are already considering integrating the new VAL56 line from Valmatic, which would allow us to increase our hourly output and expand into new markets.”
